CementOps Reliability
Maintenance expertise with accountable evidence.
A secure maintenance copilot foundation for plant-specific troubleshooting, structured evidence, consultant review, and licensed CementOps knowledge.
What is CementOps Reliability?
CementOps Reliability is a governed maintenance copilot for cement plants. It combines AI troubleshooting guidance with an accountable evidence system: every reading is recorded with its source, safety thresholds come only from verified plant facts, and conclusions require independent expert review before they are confirmed.
How it works
Report the problem
Open a case thread for the equipment and symptom. The copilot helps rank credible causes and identifies the next check that would actually change the diagnosis.
Record evidence with provenance
Findings from the conversation become structured evidence proposals you confirm or dismiss — every reading keeps its source, capture method, and verification status, and nothing unconfirmed ever counts as fact.
Review independently, conclude accountably
A second authorized expert verifies evidence and approves the analysis before a root cause can be confirmed. Every version is immutable, so the record shows exactly who established what, and when.
Built for accountability
- Deterministic safety gates. Alarm and trip comparisons are computed in code from your expert-verified plant thresholds — never generated by the AI. Unknown or conflicting units produce an explicit abstention, not a guess.
- Governed evidence ledger. Reports stay reports until a second qualified person verifies them, and the copilot answers evidence questions from the governed record, not from conversation memory.
- Immutable history. Analysis versions, review decisions, and closed threads are database-enforced read-only — an audit trail that cannot be quietly rewritten.
- Your data stays yours. Zero-data-retention and no-training controls on every model request, with per-site isolation enforced at the database.
Frequently asked questions
- What is CementOps Reliability?
- CementOps Reliability is a secure maintenance copilot and evidence workspace for cement plants. Teams troubleshoot equipment problems in a case thread, record structured evidence with provenance, and get deterministic safety guidance grounded in their own verified plant thresholds — with an auditable history behind every conclusion.
- What is a maintenance copilot?
- A maintenance copilot is an AI assistant that helps maintenance and reliability teams diagnose equipment problems: it ranks credible causes, identifies the next most informative check, and drafts evidence from the conversation. In CementOps Reliability the copilot is advisory only — it never confirms a root cause, authorizes work, or replaces site procedures and qualified personnel.
- How does it keep AI answers safe?
- Safety-critical judgments are computed by deterministic code, not by the language model. Alarm and trip comparisons use only expert-verified plant thresholds; readings with unknown or conflicting units produce an explicit abstention instead of a guess; and when no verified threshold exists, the system says so rather than inventing one. A post-generation validator independently blocks unsafe instructions such as bypassing protection.
- Does the AI train on our plant data?
- No. Model requests run with zero-data-retention and no-training controls, plant data is isolated per site with database-enforced row-level security, and plant documents never leave your tenant's private storage.
- What is independent evidence verification?
- Any recorded observation stays labeled as a report until a second authorized person verifies it. Verified plant facts additionally require a canonical source — a current plant document version or an independently verified observation — and the record of who verified what, and when, is immutable.
- Who is CementOps Reliability for?
- Maintenance and reliability teams at cement plants, and the consulting engineers who review their work: technicians record findings, reliability engineers analyze cases, and independent experts verify evidence and approve conclusions.
- How do we get started?
- Request a demo by emailing jlarkin@cementops.ai. Onboarding starts with your plant's own documents and thresholds, so the copilot cites your equipment from day one.
