Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CementOps Reliability is operated by CementOps AI LLC (“CementOps,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the Service. The Service is a business tool with provisioned accounts; it is not directed to consumers or to children under 16.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Name, work email address, and the roles and plant assignments provisioned for your account.

Customer plant data. The content your organization submits while using the Service: maintenance cases and their revision history, evidence and observations, plant facts, uploaded documents, verification decisions, and copilot conversations. This data belongs to your organization and is isolated to its tenant.

Operational records. Security and audit events (for example sign-ins and knowledge-access decisions), minimal technical logs needed to run and secure the Service, and cookieless, privacy-preserving page analytics that count visits and measure performance without identifying you or tracking you across sites. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data — to anyone, ever.

3. How we use information

We use information solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service: authenticating you, enforcing plant-level access boundaries, maintaining the audit record your organization relies on, responding to support requests, and diagnosing operational problems. We do not use Customer plant data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

4. AI processing

Copilot questions are processed by third-party AI models through an inference gateway. These requests are sent with zero-data-retention instructions and are contractually excluded from model training. Copilot conversations are stored inside your organization’s tenant so its maintenance record stays auditable — they are not shared across customers, and the copilot for one tenant can never read another tenant’s data.

5. Cookies

The Service uses strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookies to keep you signed in. There are no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the Service: Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), and the Vercel AI Gateway routing to AI model providers, including Anthropic, under the zero-retention terms described above. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service to us.

7. Security

Every data path in the Service is scoped to the requesting user’s identity and enforced with database row-level security; plant data is isolated per tenant and per site. Data is encrypted in transit, access is permission-checked on every request, and security-relevant actions are recorded in tamper-evident audit history. No security measure is perfect, but isolation and auditability are the core design of this product, not an afterthought.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain Customer Data for the life of the customer relationship. On termination, your organization can request an export and deletion as described in the Terms of Service. Individual account holders can ask us to correct or delete their account information at any time, subject to their organization’s administration of the Service.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. Contact us at jlarkin@cementops.ai and we will respond within a reasonable period. Because accounts are provisioned by your organization, some requests may be routed through its administrator.

10. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date, and will notify active customers of material changes.
